Visit for the history and culture — respect the rules and don't buy or discuss what Malana is otherwise famous for.

Nearest road-head: Jari (via Malana dam). From there: 4 km uphill trek (2 hrs) from the dam parking. Cheapest one-way taxi is ₹2,500 from Kasol (11 km).
