Chitkul — the complete village guide

Chitkul is the last Indian village before the Tibet border, at 3,450 m in Sangla Valley. Wooden Kinnauri homes, apple orchards, and the Baspa river running through. Unlike inner-line areas of Kinnaur, Chitkul needs no permit. Fully motorable — taxi drops you at the village square.
