Rohtang Pass at 3,978 m is the most iconic snow point above Manali. Since Atal Tunnel opened, Rohtang is a scenic side-trip rather than a through-road — you go up for the views and come back the same way. Only 1,200 vehicles are allowed per day, both slots need an online permit.
One-way fares from major cities. Round trip is roughly 1.8× the one-way price (driver's return day built in). All fares include tolls, parking & driver allowance.
