20% at booking to lock the dates and cab. Balance is paid in two parts — 40% on Day 1 to the driver/hotel and the remaining 40% mid-trip. Cash, UPI or bank transfer accepted.

What's the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure. 3–7 days: 20% charge. Under 3 days: 50%. Force-majeure (landslide, snow closure): full refund or free date shift.

Is airfare / train fare included?

No — this package starts and ends in Delhi. Add ₹4,000–8,000 per person if you're flying in from another city; we can arrange the airport pickup.

Are hotels confirmed at booking?

Yes. On advance receipt we lock all 5 nights and share hotel names + check-in confirmations within 24 hours.

Do you accept single travellers on this package?

Accepted Answer

Yes — single supplement is ₹4,000–7,000 depending on category (covers the private room upgrade). WhatsApp us for a solo quote.

What if the road is closed due to snow / landslide?

We reroute using the alternative pass, or shift the itinerary by 1–2 days at no extra cost. If neither works, full refund of the un-consumed portion.
