Kungri Monastery is open 05:00 AM to 09:00 PM daily. Aarti and special pujas are held at fixed hours; check the aarti timings section above before your visit.

Free entry; donations welcome. Camera, video and drone charges (where applicable) are listed at the entry gate.

Reach the closest town by train (Kalka / Chandigarh / Pathankot) or fly to Kullu-Bhuntar, Kangra (Gaggal) or Shimla — then continue by taxi.

March–June and September–November for pleasant weather; festival days for the full experience. Sunrise darshan is beautiful year-round; monsoon (July–August) can bring landslides on hill routes, so plan around weather advisories.
